Outline:

The basis of Accolades two year programme is for the student to benefit from being trained by a professional recognised organisation and  finish the course with a full pass and certification that proves the individual has the ability to offer his/her Psychic/Medium services professionally to the public, whether this be public demonstrating or conducting one to one readings.

The two year course has been built using Accolades very own pyramid training process, this unique process to Accolade has been fine-tuned over the years, bringing an end result that can almost guarantee the development of most students to a level and standard of recognised professional Mediumship.

The process is designed to allow for several development peak points for the student as the process unfolds over the two years, this keeping the students confidence high and infused always.

Our pyramid training process has proven itself over and over and has a near 100% pass rate with all of Accolades students, this process allowed us to look at student development in a completely new way, a way that uses the students own natural life development within their intuitive development, our life foundations or life experiences are not here to be overlooked and has its wide uses for each person in its individual way.  Accolade found this to be a key building block to everybody’s Mediumship.

Exposing this fantastic life tool allows Accolade to work each student exact to his or her needs, as the process unfolds it will open the thought triggers that instil that negative self-gifted doubt students tend to put on themselves, each trigger will be worked with, understood and used to benefit your ability to link with spirit and give that sustainable self-confidence, factual evidence and quality of Mediumship never felt possible.

 Two year program package breakdown:

1. Four six day workshops – two a year 

Friday to Wednesday (USA)

Workshop time schedule:

Start on Friday approximately 4-9:30 PM

Each Day 9-6,

Last Day, Wednesday 6-9 PM for student assessments

 

2.      Two long weekend workshops – one a year – from Friday to Sunday

Workshop time schedule:

Start Friday afternoon 4.00pm till 9.30pm

Saturday and Sunday 9.00am till 6.00pm, occasionally we may need to include an evening class into the schedule, as elements of the two year programme will need members of the public to attend arranged events for student evaluation.

The last evening – Sunday, will run 6.00pm till 9.00pm for individual student assessments.

 

3.Two long Weekend career strategy workshops – one a year – from Friday to Sunday

Workshop Schedule:

Start Friday afternoon 4.00pm till 9.30pm

Saturday and Sunday 9.00am till 5.00pm,

 4.      Two year free membership to Accolades unique “Syber Skool”, a video calling system that is unique to Accolade to start in January 2012. This fantastic new service will give freedom of practice never experienced in our time; linking students from all over the world, opening the availability to experience conducting one to one readings and share your development growth in a way that brings the most restricted of countries together.

 5.      Sixteen arranged (by appointment) one hour Online live video call “student planner appointments” where any one of Accolades teachers will be available to discuss any of the student’s development thoughts, worries and long term structure advice – to be used at a rate of eight a year, as student requires. Please note these are not psychic or mediumistic one to one readings.

 6.      Unlimited email access to any one of Accolades teachers, allowing for that complete confidence knowing Accolade will always be there at hand with advice, knowledge and the experience needed to be sure the students development needs are always looked after.

 7.      Accolade will also be offering all its students an optional extra to its own certification two year program:

a.   S.N.U. (Spiritualist National Union) membership. b. The opportunity to apply and participate in the passing of the S.N.U. first stages of their own accreditation scheme, the pass of this first stage allows for the opportunity of further certification within the S.N.U. after a two year loyalty membership has been achieved.

 8.       All workshop and course material (there may be a need for the student to print 1-2-1 assessment forms during the two year period). All students will be given an Accolade two year Journal/project/assessment book as part of their course work, this journal will be part of their final two year assessment pass.

 9.    After you have finished your two year programme it does not end there as Accolades professional support will continue for a further six months via our unique online support system, making sure our tutors are there for you to advise and help smooth out any of your first stage professional nerves and hurdles.

 Students work schedule:

 1.      Each Student will have projects/targets/assessments for completion before each Accolade visit.

 2.      Students must pass each evaluation process before moving on to the next, three consecutive evaluation fails will result in a course fail. There will be eight separate evaluation processes in total over two years. Six will take place in the quarterly workshops, with a further evaluation being done via reports from work feedback (one to one readings etc), and the final evaluation will be the assessment of the students work journal

 3.      Students must participate in conducting a minimum of seventy five one to one readings over the two year period – not reaching this figure will result in a course fail.

Each one to one reading will require feedback from the recipient/client – Accolade will provide all the necessary information needed and will keep score of readings conducted by the student.

 4.      During the course of the two years it is advisable that the students attend each course. Missing a course will result in a fall behind, Accolade can accommodate some in this area, but with it being only two years there is little room for extra tuition and time.

 5.      On any first assessment fail, on any one of the evaluation assessments, students will get the opportunity to re-try; Accolade will give every opportunity for the re- evaluation to take place during the same workshop or as soon as possible in order to keep the student on schedule with the course.

 On any second failed pass on any one of the evaluation assessments, students may have to re-try on the next quarterly visited workshop, this resulting in the student having to take two evaluation assessments in order to keep with the schedule of the programme

 6.      The course runs for two years only, there can be no extension to this time. Accolade cannot be held responsible for any student who consistently fails the first or second evaluation process resulting in an unavoidable fall behind that over laps the course term finish date, this will result in a course fail. Accolade will always use its entire means to be sure that each student who finishes the two year programme will be given every opportunity to achieve his/her certification goals.

 Teacher Training

 During the course of the two years the students can take advantage of Accolades teacher training programme, this programme will be an extension on to the student certification programme.

Applications for the teacher training programme can only be accepted after a one twelve month period of the certification programme has been completed with the student successfully passing a percentage criterion during that twelve month period set by Accolade tutors.  Accolade will have the final decision as to the acceptance of any students’ successful application on to the teacher training programme.

Please note the teacher training programme has strict training policies, Accolade do not veer from these in any way, all percentage criteria’s and course attendance must be met for a successful pass of this programme.

The teacher training programme will involve extra work during their second year of the certification programme, over and above the certification programme the student is already enrolled, as the teacher training programme will run alongside and during their already certification programme work schedule. The teacher training programme will run for a further consecutive year after your certification programme has been completed, there will be further work to be covered online and possibly some expected travelling during (at the expense of the student) this year of studies.

Accolade will be sure to make any travelling as cost effective and as practical as possible.

 Cost of two year certification programme

£3,350 GBP for the two year professional certification programme OUTSIDE OF THE U.K.

Current US Dollar conversion is $5,134.29. Please check conversion rates before payment as they fluctuate.

£800 GBP for the added professional teacher training programme (to be paid at the time of the application being passed)

Please note: The currency exchange rate will always be subject to the calculated rate at the time of payment.

Deposits and payments:

A non-refundable deposit of £800 GBP is payable to Bella Nitesh at time of booking or when reserving your place in the two year programme.

Prior to program start 50% of your tuition must be paid to Bella Nitesh. Remaining balance of approximately $2,567.15 (based on exchange rate) may then be paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately $214.00(based on exchange rate). All program tuition payable to Bella Nitesh.

Any payment equivalent to the cost of the two year programme, or any payment that is made after the deposit payment has been paid is non-refundable to any student who gives less than an eight week notice of a cancellation, prior to the course start date. Deposits paid or the equivalent payment of the two year programme is non-refundable to any student/students, who fail to attend any course/courses during the two year programme due to no fault of Accolade Academy.
