Description- A healing technique that facilitates energy movement and awareness through the use of crystals, tuning forks, reiki, color, and sound. Each session is unique and personal. Session includes a detailed description of the stones used and any spirit messages brought forth during the session.

Reiki Treatments

$55.00 for an hour session

Reiki is a Japanese technique which helps to relax and balance the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki has been reported to bring a wide range of benefits ranging from deep relaxation to physical and emotional well-being.

During a session, it is important that you are comfortable. You remain fully clothed, typically reclining on a massage table. The practitioner works just above the body. Unlike a massage, little (or no) physical contact is made.

Because of past trauma (or drama) unprocessed emotional issues may remain trapped in our energetic fields. Reiki can aid in releasing this ‘stuck’ energy and helps to put the body in a more natural state where it is more able to heal itself on all levels.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Spiritual Hypnotherapy
Spiritual Hypnotherapy encompasses the basics of Clinical Hypnosis, and adds the element of Spirituality. It allows for the continuity of our ever evolving journey. During this session, you
could connect with your Higher Self to explore answers to specific challenges you are facing. Or, you might explore your Divine Purpose for this life. The most popular Spiritual Hypnosis session seems to be “Back to the Cause”. Stored in your subconscious mind is a memory of every thought, word, intention and action you have ever had. A ‘back to the cause’ session takes you to the root of a current struggle. This struggle could be an unexplained fear, or a lesson that you can’t get past. Maybe you have challenges maintaining your weight. Or perhaps you keep attracting unhealthy relationships, or have trouble keeping a job. Shining a light on the ‘cause’ (an old, limiting belief) can help you move forward in your life.
